This asset is called the P90, An atom punk stylized creation of a 4-door saloon/sedan which also incorporates a police car variant for the Fallout universe.
For this asset I used the following process:
- Creation of high & low poly meshes with Blender.
- Texture creation using baking procedures with Substance 3d painter.
- 3ds Max for final game preparation, collision creation & export.
- Bethesda's Creation Kit to successfully implement the asset into the game.
- Marmoset Toolbag for all low poly renders.
- Bethesda's Fallout 4 for all in-game screenshots.
The in-game asset comes in 4 variations, in both regular & police car variant with interchangeable 'Material swaps' for alternating colors, consisting of:
- A 'Move-able Static' with the following dynamics: doors that open / close when the player collides into them, explodable / damage properties with a destroyed hulk & debris.
- 2x Static variants with no dynamic properties to be used as general environment art
- A Stripped variant to display previous part scavenging / previously exploded models in the post war world space of London.
The target engine & game is Bethesda's Creation kit / Fallout 4.
