This project features the KickSauber C44 Formula One race car, created for the F1 Manager 24 title by Frontier Developments.
I thoroughly enjoyed crafting this model using a high-to-mid poly workflow. By utilizing detailed reference materials, I accurately replicated the KickSauber C44's iconic livery, which was officially approved by F1 for use in the game.
The creation process involved the following tools and techniques:
- Blender 3.5: For high-to-mid poly mesh creation and UV unwrapping.
- Adobe Photoshop: For logo editing and livery design.
- Adobe Substance 3D Painter: For detailed texture work on the livery.
- 3ds Max 2023: For exporting the model and setting up materials.
- Maya: For scripted rigging and game integration in Unreal Engine 5.1.
